With over 25 years of Medical Device inventory, logistics, and supply chain experience, Tommy has created policies, procedures, processes, and systems to manage the overall deployment of inventory throughout global supply chains while ensuring continuous improvement in asset management and cash flow.  Areas directed include regional and territory field operations both domestic and international, materials management, distribution, customer service, loaner services, strategic sourcing, purchasing, scheduling, planning, new product launch, field audits, reverse logistics, 3PL’s management, consignment services both formal and informal, strategic sourcing, GPO contract management, cost savings initiatives, Hospital and ASC supply chain and operational expertise and senior level leadership for some of the largest Orthopedic Medical Device manufacturers.  Working closely with the Med Device distributor, Tommy has a unique perspective on the various touch and pain points that both the agency owner and manufacturer experiences when attempting to manage implant inventory levels while driving asset utilization.  Tommy is skilled at reducing complexity within the supply chain by optimizing assets, process flow, and networks to improve costs, agility and the customer sales experience.  His specialties are in strategy development, program planning and execution, operations and technology alignment with a focus on improving supply chain performance, enhancing sales operations and driving asset utilization while strategically building customer relationships.
